Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Pricing & Payment Options
✔️ Full Camp Cost: $999 NZD
✔️Early Bird Rate: $749 NZD (limited time only)
✔️ Tier 2 Pricing: $849

Pay In 3 Monthly Instalments - Option
In the event that any of the payments are not completed 10 days after the invoice is sent. We will first contact you directly, but should you not complete the payment(s), then your details will be passed to our Debt Collection Agency. Your details will be shared with them alongside this agreement and the remaining debt. All additional costs incurred by the contracted collection agency are also payable. Baycorp New Zealand is our debt collection agency.
2. Payment Methods
🔘We accept credit card payments via secure payment links.
🔘 No additional processing fees are charged.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
🔘A $99 NZD administration and processing fee is non-refundable.
🔘 Cancellations more than 21 days before the camp: Eligible for a refund minus the $99 fee.
🔘 Cancellations within 21 days of the camp: No refunds available.
🔘Medical emergencies: Refunds may be considered at our discretion upon submission of a valid doctor’s certificate.
🔘 If we are required to cancel or reschedule the camp, we will endeavor to refund as much of the camp cost as possible, but please note that some
expenses may already have been incurred.
4. Transfers & Substitutions
🔘Participants may transfer their camp registration to another person, provided the substitute is fit and able to participate in all camp activities.
🔘 Transfers to future camps are not permitted.
5. Minimum Numbers & Event Viability
🔘 A minimum number of participants is required for the camp to proceed.
🔘If the minimum is not met, participants will be notified no later than 14 days before the camp and will receive a full refund.
6. Waiver & Release of Liability
🔘 All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability form, which will be sent via email upon registration.
🔘Participation in the camp is not permitted without this signed agreement.
7. Travel & Insurance
🔘We recommend all participants obtain personal travel insurance, though it is not required.
🔘 Refunds due to illness or travel disruptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and aligned with the cancellation policy timeline.
8. What’s Included
🔘The camp fee covers:

🔘There are no optional extras or upgrades.
9. Communication & Confirmation
🔘Upon registration and successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with camp details.
🔘 The final sign-up deadline is 5 days prior to the camp start date.
I acknowledge that ocean/lake/pool swimming involves the real risk of serious injury or even death from various causes including overexertion, equipment failure, dehydration, accidents with other participants or the environment.
I understand that I should not take part in training sessions if conditions are above my ability in open water swimming and may risk both my safety and the instructors
I will communicate with the instructor if I am uncomfortable or distressed throughout the training session. I understand I may be asked to leave the session if I am not capable of swimming consistently, don't listen to instructions placing other swimmers at risk, or, require additional coaching support and therefore placing other swimmers at risk.
Participants acknowledge and accept that cycling involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road surfaces, weather conditions, and the actions of other participants and third parties - specifically vehicles on open roads. I acknowledge that cycling involves the real risk of serious injury or even death from any of the external factors mentioned above as well as areas of my responsibility including overexertion, dehydration, or personal equipment failure.
All participants must wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, and any additional equipment recommended by event organizers. It is recommended you are prepared at the training event for any weather conditions hot or cold to protect you from these external elements.
Participants are required to comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations while on open roads. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the event.
Participants understand that road conditions may vary and may include uneven surfaces, potholes, and other obstacles. It is the responsibility of each participant to navigate these conditions safely.
Participants acknowledge and accept that running training involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical exertion, weather conditions, varying terrains, and the potential for injuries. I acknowledge that running involves the real risk of serious injury or even death from any of the external factors mentioned above as well as areas of my responsibility including overexertion & dehydration.
Participants understand that training programs may involve various intensities, distances, and terrains. It is the responsibility of each participant to inform trainers of any limitations or concerns regarding the training program.
Participants acknowledge the influence of weather conditions on outdoor training. Training camps may proceed in various weather conditions, and participants are advised to prepare accordingly with appropriate clothing and gear.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable running shoes and any other equipment recommended by the training camp organizers. Inadequate footwear may increase the risk of injuries.
Safety Precautions
Safety precautions undertaken by the Training Camp Team are a service to you but are not a guarantee of safety.
Participants confirm that they are physically fit and have consulted with a medical professional to ensure they are capable of participating in cycling. Any known medical conditions must be disclosed to event organizers.
Training Camp Organizers will provide basic medical support, but participants are responsible for obtaining their own emergency medical assistance if needed. Emergency contact information must be provided during registration.
Participants are strongly encouraged to have personal insurance coverage, including health and liability insurance, as event organizers may not be held responsible for any personal injuries, damages, or losses.
Participants must meet the minimum age requirements set by the event organizers. Participants under the age of 18 may need parental or guardian consent.
Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the training session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other issues beyond their control.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner, respecting fellow participants, event staff, and the public. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disqualification.
By participating, I accept all risks necessarily flowing from my participation which could result in loss of life or permanent injury. Accordingly, I release all persons or corporations associated directly or indirectly with the conduct of the event from all claims demands and proceedings arising out of my participation and I hereby indemnify them against all liability (including liability for their negligence and the negligence of others) for all injury, loss or damage arising out of or connected with my participation in this training session. This release shall extend to and include Boost Coaching Ltd respective directors, partners, managers, officers, agents, contractors, employees and volunteers including medical and paramedical personnel appointed for the event, the owners, licensees and occupiers of land upon which the event or any part of it is conducted, any statutory body or local authority having control over any land upon which the event or any part of it is conducted or which is involved directly or indirectly with the event in any manner whatsoever and promoters, sponsors and event organizers. This release and indemnity continues forever and binds my heirs, executors, personal representative and assigns.
Participants acknowledge that event organizers may capture photographs or videos during activities for promotional purposes. Participants grant permission for the use of their likeness in event-related media. By registering for the Training Camp, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who fail to comply with these terms.
