I am so happy that you have taken the plunge to start your Dryland Swimming Journey.
I know that this is a key element for swimmers and triathletes to evolve and develop swim-specific strength.
In fact I believe for some triathletes and swimmers they are better to reduce their time in the pool to prioritize these sessions to step their swimming up to the next level.
Especially swimmers/triathletes that might be swimming 3/4 times per week and looking for specific benefits then I'd recommend reducing pool time by one session and doing one of these workouts each week.
If you really want to push it, then complete 2 sessions alongside 2-4 pool sessions.
I have some helpful instructions inside the course on getting set up and I'd recommend watching the technique video to get a strong understanding on what you should be doing.
