For the protection of Boost Coaching's intellectual property, alongside time and resources, communication, and planning we reserve the right to deny or approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
To be considered for a refund, a written request must be made to [email protected] with reasons for the request and be provided with all documentation that training can not be undertaken at any level.
In any case, an administration fee of $99 is applicable plus the cost of the transaction fee provided by the payment processor (3.5% of the transaction cost).
Boost Coaching is committed to working with you and your goals. The intention of this document below is to ensure that you're ready to make the commitment toward your goal too. Boost Coaching’s team have a limited number of athletes that they can work with, so by bringing you into the team the coaches will provide their on-going commitment to help you to achieve your goals.
If your goals and intentions change during the process then please be aware that there are costs associated with cancellation and this is outlined below (just like gym membership/phone contract etc ) While there is a financial commitment to this, we want this coaching relationship to work too. Communication is the key and has been an important part of the success of the 100's athletes that have come before you. So if there is any financial issue please talk to us, so we can find solutions and can continue to support your sporting goals.
You are provided a one-month trial period at which you may choose to cancel at no additional cost.
Full payment is required for the final month no matter when the event falls during that month - this is not only for your primary event but for all future events after this.
Individuals on a minimum 3-month agreement that wish to cancel prior to this duration will require full payment of the remaining coaching months at the rate you were provided.
In the event that an individual cancels and the cancellation costs are not completed 10 days after the invoice is sent then any costs incurred by the contracted collection agency are also payable.
You can cancel your membership at any time after completing the minimum time period, by providing 1 month's notice in writing directly to [email protected].

Cancellation will require you to stop your payments through TRIDOT or RUNDOT platforms.
Any remaining time in your agreement will be invoiced directly or you may choose to be coached through to the completion of the time period in which case you should not cancel your subscription through TriDot or RunDot until the completion of that period. We cannot provide the service to you without this activation and access to the platform.
If you have not activated any of your payments through the online platform of TriDot or RunDot you will be invoiced directly for the set-up fee & first three months of coaching.

28 Days Notice Is Required For Cancellation Of Your Membership - please email [email protected] to request cancellation of your membership.
The training programs are the intellectual property of Boost Coaching Ltd. These are provided to you during the course of the training only. You may not share programs with other coaches, athletes or replicate the plan for your own future use. Boost Coaching has the right to remove our intellectual property from your account at the completion of your coaching and this may include the data that is associated with our workouts (IP).
Boost Coaching has the right to request access to your account should you start working with other coaches or are replicating the intellectual property you were provided during the coaching period.
